Trasteel 完成收购 BBC Alloys 剩余 40% 股权

Trasteel Holding S.A. 全资子公司 Trasteel International S.A. 已完成从少数股东 Metco S.r.l. 手中收购 BBC Alloys S.r.l. 剩余 40% 股权，交易于 2026 年 9 月 30 日完成，对价约 170 万欧元，BBC Alloys 由此成为集团全资子公司。
